My face is covered with scar tissue and granulomas after bad injections with a board certified dermatologist over two years ago. I am 31 years old and used to look young for my age. I now look at least ten years older with bad skin

Ultherapy is a noninvasive tissue tightening technique.  It is not designed for treatment of scar tissue or reduction of inflammation.  I would recommend against Ultherapy treatments for your concerns about your previous injections.  I would seek the opinion of an injection specialist who has a great deal of experience dealing with complications of injections to make a treatment plan.

Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production and skin tightening. It is FDA approved for lifting, toning, and tightening the skin of the face, neck and chest. In the right hands Ultherapy does not produce scarring, but it is not a treatment to improve scarring either. If you are looking to improve the appearance of your scars then you may want to consider a laser resurfacing treatment.

Unfortunately Ultherapy will not help reduce the deleterious effects that you have had with Sculptra.As a matter of fact, Ultherapy is combined with Sculptra by some dermatologists and aesthetic experts to enhance the effect of Ultherapy in reducing skin laxity. They call it 'Sculptherapy'.  They believe that injecting sculptra below the dermis will enhance collagen production to reduce skin laxity further. Reducing skin laxity = skin tightening.
