"I had a full facelift, neck lift, brow lift, and eyelid surgery one year ago. Despite adequate healing time, the visible improvement is minimal, especially in the lower face and neck. I'm seeking an objective assessment of whether this outcome aligns with what would typically be expected from these procedures, and whether revision would likely provide meaningful improvement."

A lot of the advice would depend on exactly what was done during your surgery. Was it a true deep plane face and neck lift or a SMAS plication. Was the eyelid surgery conservative because you have dry eyes? Did you consider laser resurfacing for the facial wrinkles? Facelift surgery does not give you new skin - you may always have some looseness with the skin that needs other treatment like laser, ultherapy, Fraxel, etc. If you aren't happy with the result, seek out a few facial specialists to consult with.

In general, a deep plane face and neck lift is widely regarded as the gold standard for addressing laxity in the lower face and neck, as it repositions deeper structures rather than relying primarily on skin tightening. If your initial procedure did not adequately address these deeper layers, that could explain the limited improvement you’re seeing.

In the appropriate hands, a revision procedure can often provide meaningful improvement. I would recommend consulting with a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has extensive experience specifically with revision face and neck lifts to determine what can realistically be achieved in your case.
