Answer: Coolsculpting for fat removal in off-label uses
If there is fat enlargement in a male breast, and not glandular overgrowth, then coolsculpting might be effective to help reduce fat, however, it was not cleared by the FDA for this indication and I wonder what chance of nipple hyper (increased) or hypo (decreased) sensitivity there might be from the freezing. This is not a standard treatment for male breast enlargement.

Answer: Male chest contouring is best done with liposuction
You appear to be a fit and muscular guy - I think the best way to rid yourself of the small amount of subcutaneous fat you appear to have in the lower pole of your pectoral area is liposuction. I don't think Coolsculpting is going to work in your case.

Answer: CoolSculpting is a great procedure, but it's not for everyone.
Hello, while CoolSculpting is a viable option for many men seeking to reduce male breast fatty tissue, from what I can tell from your photos it would not be appropriate for you. For CoolSculpting to be effective you have to have enough soft tissue to pull into the applicator. If you don't get a good draw, the results will be less than optimal and you will be wasting your money. Although you don't go into specifics as to what you want to change about your chest, your photos suggest that you do not have enough soft tissue for it to be effective. Best of luck.

Answer: Coolsculpting for the chest
We have treated a significant number of men that are unhappy the appearance of their chests with fantastic results. It is difficult to tell in your particular case if Coolsculpting would be helpful or not. If there is sufficient tissue to draw into the applicator and make good contact with the cooling panels then it is definitely something you can consider. For your best answer, look for a surgeon that has experience with Coolsculpting as well as other surgical and non-surgical options for your particular concerns. Best of luck.
