My eyes/eyelids are different sizes and my left side’s significantly more droopy. Is there a fix for that? (Photo)

My left side was affected by a facial paralysis/Bell’s palsy about 21 years ago. My left side of my face is droopy. I know we’re all asymmetrical but mine is very noticeable due to that facial paralysis I once had. Is there a procedure that can help me with that? It bothers me a lot because I look weird in pictures.

Sadly in this world if you ask enough people, someone will agree to what you are asking. Skin grafts in the upper eyelid are not remotely cosmetic. They are solely done to improve closure. Very few eyelid surgeons on the face of this planet are performing aesthetic post-blepharoplasty fold...

It is normal to expect some asymmetry and temporary shape change very early after lower blepharoplasty mostly due to swelling from surgery, in particular after fat grafts. You should wait at least 6 months before considering any corrective surgery unless you develop some functional issues....
