It's been 2 years since my chin advancement of 6 mm. I like the projection but it is now way too long for my face vertically which causes mentalis strain when I close my lips. I have a steep jaw angle too but I want to correct my chin before implants. Is it possible to shorten my chin/ bring it upwards without make it recessed or too prominent? Will it cause chin pad sagging or muscle reattachment issues? I must add that I have a lot of fat on my chin too which is sagging. What are my options?
