Hello, I am 3 weeks out from surgery. I had breast lift with 370cc ideal saline implants under the muscle. I am healing well. I have had little pain until yesterday when I started feeling intermittent shooting pain deep inside my left breast. I have not strained myself or lifted anything. I cannot determine if what I am feeling are just muscle spasms or something I need to be worried about. I don't have this on the right side. I see my ps next week.

Based on the picture you are sending it does not appear that your implant would need to be removed. Since you just had surgery though you really need to stay in close communication with your surgeon who should be able to walk you through appropriate expectations. Best of luck to you
