I have a minor infection and was prescribed Keflex & Bactrim DS I was wondering how likely will it be to remove implant? (Photo)

I called my surgeon's office today and sent in photos but I was worried and went to the E.R. My white blood cell count was 10.6 and the nurse said that wasn't high I do not have a fever but I have a cold that I've had for about a week now and that's about as long as I've noticed a change in my breast. I noticed white puss near the nipple so drained it and around when the drainage site it turned slight pink and warm. Is it possible that my implant will not need removal?
