Hi. I am 18 days post explant with fat transfer to the breasts. I am a stay at home mom and my husband went back to work today. Taking care of our one year old daughter means I have to pick her up to put her in her crib for naps and to take her out. My question is will this compromise my fat retention? There is no way I can avoid picking her up or using my arms for all the regular housework. How damaging is this to the fat cells?
