I have extremely flat breasts, they have no fat in them and are sort of skin flaps. I went from 211 lbs to 105 lbs in under a year. My breasts are ruined. My nipple, luckily doesn't not hang downward but the breast has absolutely no shape. I do not want breast implants. I realize there isn't much to work with but can fat be transferred from another area ( my abdomen has plenty) to my breasts and then lifted and shaped? I can not risk my body rejecting the implants. I'm not rich enough.
Answer: Can you fix flat breasts without implants? Would it be possible to transfer fat from another area to my breasts? Breast fat transfer would certainly be an option. You can usually expect no more than 1 cup size increase.

Generally speaking, if you have enough fat present elsewhere on your body, you may be a candidate for a fat transfer procedure. You can expect about 1 cup size increase with fat. Do keep in mind that 60% of the fat transferred lasts forever so your surgeon will over-inject initially. Make sure you're working with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in this area.
