I would avoid taking fat from the breast to use for a BBL. There is always risk of harvesting some breast tissue, and since there is always a potential for someone to develop breast cancer, I think that this would be unwise.
In most instances, removing fat from the breasts will create sagging and an unpleasing outcome with respect to the donor site. The volume of fat that could be generated while maintaining the shape of the breasts would be inadequate for use in a BBL.
