Hi there and thanks for your question and photos! It appears that you would be a good candidate for kybella.  Kybella is a permanent treatment that dissolves submental fat. Fillers in the jawline, chin, and cheeks may also help give your face more definition. I suggest seeing an experienced injector for more information. Best of luck! 

Thank you for your question. You appear to be a candidate for either Kybella® or chin liposuction. Based on your results from either treatment, an assessment can be done to see if anything further is needed. Our office would be happy to consult with you for further individualized advice. 

Both Kybella or neck liposuction are good options and will improve the double chin. It depends on your lifestyle and personality which would be better for you. 
Kybella is best for patients that:
1)  Do not want surgery 
2)  Are not surgical candidates 
3)  Not willing to wear a compression dressing around the face for 1 week 
4)  Patient-  The results of Kybella will take months
Kybella take 1-3 treatments every 6 weeks.  Patient will develop swelling and possible bruising after each injection that may last a few days.  The benefit of Kybella is each treatment is quick and completed in the office. However, some patients need more than one treatment to get desired results. 
Neck Liposuction is best for patients that:
1)  Want a single treatment 
2)  One recovery time-  Downtime for neck liposuction require wearing a wrap around face for 1 week. 3)  Less painful 
4)  Quicker results 
5)  Cost is a concern
Neck liposuction is a quick surgical procedure that can be complete while the patient is awake.  It cost around the same price a Kybella and can be less in patients with heavier necks.  The single recovery of neck liposuction may be a better option for some patients.

Thank you for your question. A combination of Kybella, Botox, and threading can help to slim and contour your jawline. Kybella eliminates fat. Injecting Botox into a muscle causes it to relax and shrink in size. When we apply it to the masseter (chewing muscle), it causes the muscle to become smaller and therefore results in a thinner facial appearance. Finally, PDO threads are inserted under the skin. When these threads are pulled, they tighten the skin from within, resulting in an instant lift.'
A combination or one or two of these treatments can help enhance your jawline. 

Treatment of the fat beneath the chin can involve Kybella or CoolSculpting.   Skin tightness can be improved by one of the radio frequency methods including Forma by InMode.   Improved projection of the jaw can be done with fillers like Juvederm or Radiesse.   Find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and request a consultation. 

There are several different options for improving jaw definition and it is hard to tell which options would be best for you based on photos. Fillers such as Restylane can be used to improve jawline definition. Kybella can reduce fat below the chin which will also improve jawline definition. In patients with skin laxity, Thermage FLX could be used to tighten the skin and improve jawline definition. 

Nefrititi Botox is the term that's now used to describe what you're looking for.  It involves small injections of Botox, Xeomin it Dysport under the chin into the Platysma.  We sometimes also use filler in the jaw or Kybella injections if you have some submental fullness.  These are all non- permanent results.  If you like the direction you're going then you may want to proceed with a surgical approach.  Both are relatively simple.  Just make sure you see someone that does many of these cars.  Best from Boston, Dr. Onir

Hi rachpepper,Have a Provider check whether 1-3 syringes of Kybella would be enough to dissolve your submental fat. Sometimes,this is repeated for best results. To balance your features and to make your chin less rounded, fillers like Voluma or Restylane can be used.
