Fat graft done yesterday. Will the swelling go away?

Thank you for posting your question. At one day post-op, swelling is completely normal and expected. After any procedure, you body needs time to heal and adjust to its new shape. What you see and feel now is unlikely to be your final result. Please be patient as swelling can last for several weeks. Best of luck.

It's only one day, of course the swelling will completely subside. How long will depend on how volume was added, when the fat was placed and the condition of your skin and soft tissues. Talk with your surgeon about your concerns.
