Best way to treat hollow cheeks and eyes to fuller one? Is fat grafting long-lasting?

I have incredible hollow cheeks and small face if i loose my body fat.. I have to be a bit more fat so that my face looks normal.. The fat ratio of my body is way more then my face. Also have a bit hollow eys.. Tell me the best procedure to get fuller face amd cheeks esp. even if i loose weight and in my perfect body shape

This is a good question and fat transfer is the best procedure for Hollow Cheeks. The procedure has come a long way and my patients have long lasting results.  If the procedure is done correctly, then it is possible to achieve the results you are looking for. The fat needs to be placed carefully and layered in for the correct blood supply to surround the injected tissue.  In this way, it gives a long lasting result and ages with you.  The other parts of the procedure include centrifugation of the fat and separating the components.  In this way, healthy fat is injected and survives. It is a technique dependent procedure and the surgeon should have long lasting results.  I highly recommend this procedure for this area and you will get a great result.

Fat cell survival rate varies among individuals, but on average half of transferred fat is eventually reabsorbed. The fat cells that survive would respond in the same manner as other fat cells in your body, meaning same response to change in weight and the aging process.
