Hello, I’m 51 and I workout 5 days a week kick boxing and weight training. I’m getting a neck/lower face lift and am very concerned with causing damage to the platysmal muscle once it’s repaired. I understand that there’s a general consensus of waiting 2 weeks to return to working out. So, will I cause damage with neck strain while weight lifting or even kickboxing? I do not want I see these neck bands again. Do I wait longer to weight train? Do I have to give it up? Thank you
