Best plan of action for lower face/neck lift?

question. It's hard to give you specific advice without seeing standard photographs. Lower facelift
addresses the jowls and sagging skin in the lower face/neck area and improves
the jaw line and neck contour. It's commonly combined with a platysmaplasty, which takes care of the bands in the midline neck ("turkey neck"). It's also common to add fat grafting
to cheeks at the time of facelift to restore your youthful cheek
volume. I would consult with a qualified plastic
surgeon and discuss your specific goals. Please

You would be a good candidate for local anaesthetist facelift and neck lift which will remove any excess skin.  This would help achieve a contoured L shaped neck and remove any jowls, giving a nice sharp jawline. Lower eyebag surgery can be performed at the same time to remove the excess skin as well.

Thank you for your question and for attaching photos. In my opinion the best operation for you based on the photos and basic information provided would be a full face lift. A face lift will address the jowls and smooth your neck. The jaw line can be refined and you will have a more youthful appearance. The best thing to do is to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is an ASAPS member to evaluate you in person and review your options. Best of luck.

A neck lift only improves the area below the jawline, while a lower facelift usually includes some of the neck and jowls. When there is an issue higher up in the cheeks as you appear to have a bit of, then a full lift can give a more balanced result.

I would recommend a facelift for you and this would tighten the area of your neck and your lower face.  The results of a facelift could last several years but sometimes a second procedure may be needed after this time to maintain the appearance.  

The best fix for a sagging neck and loose lower face is a combination of a Mini Lift with a neck lift and plastysmaplasty. This combination will tighten the neck muscles, remove the fat under your chin, tighten the skin on the neck and jawline, and resolve lower-face sagging and jowls. Surgery is the best solution for sagging; anything else is temporary and ultimately unsatisfactory. I hope this helps.

A frontal view would be helpful in deciding a procedure, but based on the photos above and your age, a minifacelift should accomplish what you're looking for.  Neck liposuction would help remove some of the fatty tissue in the neck but also helps to further tighten the skin.  Smaller tightening procedures such as an extended necklift or a microlift might be considered but this would be based on your exam.

You have excess skin of your neck and cheeks=full facelift!
