I had a lower facelift with neck lift and fat transfer 9 days ago. My PS told me that I would be presentable after 14 days. My face is heavily swollen (I look like Fiona from Shrek) and the swelling is still as bad as is was on day 2 post-op. My PS says that's normal. I'm really worried about having to go back to the office in 4 days with this look. I did not receive a compression garment for my face because of the fat transfer. Is there anything that can be done to bring down the swelling?
