I'm 28 days post op chin lipo. One area was particularly stiff and swollen from day one. That area now seems to be darkening and creating a tight firm immovable indentation. Is this a hematoma? Scar tissue? Normal healing? What is this? Will this go away on its own?

It's difficult to tell from your picture. I recommend following up with your surgeon. Keep in mind, you may still have some swelling impacting your results. I hope this helps.
