Is there a mini nose procedure that could make a subtle difference and would make a nose slightly more narrow?

Any change to the nose is a #rhinoplasty.  Some #nosejobs are 15 minutes and some are several hours.  Each nose is different.  No two noses get the exact same surgery.  If your nose needs minimal changes then that is the #rhinoplasty you need.  Sometimes non-surgical rhinoplasty can make the nose seem more narrow if you need more height to your bridge but thats a very select group of patients.  There arents gimmicks in rhinoplasty and cost is high because whether you make major or minor changes to the nose its the area operated is still the same and its a very complex structure in the middle of the face and healing is unpredictable and follow ups are for a long time.  

There is no such thing as a mini rhinoplasty. Closed rhinoplasty techniques are less invasive. To  narrow the wide nose requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones. To narrow the tip requires extensive suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. It's important to make sure the entire nose balances with itself and the new nose balances with your facial features.  Rhinoplasty is a difficult endeavor, so it is important to choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience.
