Possible to increase overall height of nose from bridge to tip while preserving side profile/retaining bump on bridge? (Photo)

Question

My nose is medium height, with a bulbous tip and very thin/defined nasal bridge due to the presence of a "hump". The bump does cause what was described to me as "bony horns", but I like this characteristic/would prefer to keep it. Is it possible to inject filler all over the bridge - including the bump - to raise the profile but follow it's natural contours? My main goal is to increase bridge height between my eyes, as I feel the current dimensions make my eyes seem wider-set.

With nonsurgical rhinoplasty it certainly is possible to increase the height of the entire bridge, "hump" included.  It's possible to get a sense of how this would change the appearance of your profile by having your surgeon perform computer morphing to show you the projected change.

What you are asking is not either easy or practical. As most maneuvers to elevate the bridge will affect the status of the dorsal hump. To be honest, after looking at your photos I would only consider a slight rasping of the hump or simply doing nothing and leaving your nose as is.
