I had surgery to correct a broken nose some years ago. I was left with an atrophic dent on one side of my nose tip. I was interested in doing the whole 'nonsurgical nose job' thing to get it filled in... But I've read mixed things on fillers being used in the tip of the nose. Is it safe?

Fillers can be very effective for select patients. Generally I recommend using a Hylauronic acid product rather than Radiesse but either can be effective if injected by a board certified surgeon/injector. Radiesse is generally mixed with anesthetic before injection so the results...
There is no way of determining this without an in-person exam. You should start with your surgeon and ask what was done in the nostril area and what they expect will happen as the healing goes on. It is too early to know if a revision or fillers are needed now. Best wishes
