Cosmetic and functional issues 17 months post op - how much improvement can I realistically expect from a revision? (Photos)

Hello doctors, I had septorhinoplasty about 17 months ago and I am currently experiencing both functional and cosmetic concerns. Breathing: - I feel that not enough air passes through my nose most of the time, and it gets worse during exercise or in hot weather. - At night my nose often feels blocked, so I need extra pillows, and when I sleep on my right side breathing feels easier. - My breathing is noticeably better when I use NoseVent. - A recent CT scan shows septal deviation to the left. Cosmetic: - My nose looks crooked from the front. - There is a dent above my left nostril that makes it look sharp. - My nostrils appear different in size and shape. In your opinion, how much improvement can I realistically expect from a revision septorhinoplasty? And would rib cartilage possibly be necessary in my case?
