Male, early 20s. How can I improve my side profile? (Photos)

Question

Male, early 20s. I feel like my side profile is flat. I don't like how my nose base is covered by my cheeks. Was thinking about rhinoplasty for a more defined tip and alar base reduction. I'm also concerned about the lines running down the side of the nasal bone. What can be done about it? Was also concidering fat grafting to improve undereye area. Would like to hear suggestions as what procedures could improve my side profile. Thanks.

Do not get any rhinoplasty at all, or at least give it a few years of life experience, maturation and self-confidence increase; your nose is not a perfect one but is a very good one for a male with your features; indeed tip might be better, the dorsum refined, etc but in overall you don't have an ungly nose making worthy the costs and efforts.

It is an honest and realistic advice, which I am sure your relatives and beloved people said similarly.

Based on what I can see, you appear to be a handsome young man, with a pleasing nasal appearance. In that regard, I would not recommend rhinoplasty surgery. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
