Face Lift Revision Needed - how can I fix this?

I would recommend a revision facelift/necklift. There are some bizarre contour irregularities/cavitations/tissue problems, especially in the neck. I would recommend seeing an experienced American Board of Plastic Surgery certified physician, ideally one who has also completed an endorsed aesthetic fellowship by The Aesthetic Society.
