Face Lift Revision Needed - how can I fix this?

Question

I had a face and neck lift with fat grafting as well as blephoplasty and sub mandibular gland removal performed in NYC just over a year ago. The initial results were beautiful but after 2 1/2 months my face devolved into an under done looking face and neck lift. Also, I am now left with a jaw line deformity and hollowing/divots as a result of the gland removal as well as platisma bands that visually “pop” when I speak and an upper lip that moves excessively. I’m at a loss as to how to fix this?

I would recommend a revision facelift/necklift. There are some bizarre contour irregularities/cavitations/tissue problems, especially in the neck. I would recommend seeing an experienced American Board of Plastic Surgery certified physician, ideally one who has also completed an endorsed aesthetic fellowship by The Aesthetic Society. Based on your nicely posted photos, still need to do an in person or virtual consultation because there’s many issues that need to be discussed. Initial operation in the road to recovery and results would be a complete full face neck lift with fat grafting to the submental gland area for the deficiency and combination with the Endo lays, and upper lid lift.
