My chin is too long and is asymmetrical. I have read that it is technically possible to have your chin shaved and reshaped. Will someone help me understand why this procedure is so rare and what are the risks involved?

Theoretically this is possible and I have had patients who have achieved this, however there needs to be a justifiable reason, for example, having large asymmetry of the jawline.
