Hi, l have been wanting to get surgery for several years now. I have an idea of what l want but l don’t know which surgical procedure to pick. I went for several consultations and got different answers each time. My concern is my long lower jaw area and my wide chin. I find it very unattractive. I have photoshopped my pictures to reduce the length of my jaw and to narrow my chin (v-shape) for a more feminine look and l love it. I really want to achieve this look. What do you recommend? Thanks!

A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refining the nasal tip and narrowing the bridge line with all incisions placed on the inside of the nose. The projection of your chin is acceptable.
The key is bone structure. In your frontal image it is apparent you have a narrow jaw which accentuates the 'fuller' cheek tissue. It is a common issue. Have jawline augmentation to define the jawline and artistically increase its width and ensure natural balance with the cheekbone area.
