What procedure do you recommend for long jaw with wide square chin? (photos)

Hi, l have been wanting to get surgery for several years now. I have an idea of what l want but l don’t know which surgical procedure to pick. I went for several consultations and got different answers each time. My concern is my long lower jaw area and my wide chin. I find it very unattractive. I have photoshopped my pictures to reduce the length of my jaw and to narrow my chin (v-shape) for a more feminine look and l love it. I really want to achieve this look. What do you recommend?
