I have been told that the middle part of my face is unproportionately large than the lower third of my face which is only apparently apparent in my frontal view. They said that my cheekbones are too large for my face and it makes my middle third too large. I thought that my facial thirds were in balance and in harmony, but if that is not the case, what is causing this unbalance and what surgery or filler options do I have based on the picture I have provided? Thank you

Since your bite has been corrected the focus can be on some cosmetic changes. Both the midface and chin/ jaw can be changed or reshaped. A CT of your chin/jaw would be helpful to make recommendations. Changing the midface area will improve overall facial balance.
The chin shape and size can be changed with a reduction genioplasty; both width and height. It is difficult to provide more input without a full set of radiographs. You may benefit from mandibular angle implants.
A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refining the nasal tip and narrowing the bridge line with all incisions placed on the inside of the nose. The projection of your chin is acceptable.
