Want to improve my appearance - Do I need double jaw surgery/jaw reduction? (photos)

I am unhappy with how I look and want to improve my appearance! Some people have told me that I need double jaw surgery, and that I have a recessed maxilla. Other people have said to just get a rhinoplasty and a chin shave. Looking for some advice so I can decide what procedure to get.

The key is bone structure. In your frontal image it is apparent you have a narrow jaw which accentuates the 'fuller' cheek tissue. It is a common issue. Have jawline augmentation to define the jawline and artistically increase its width and ensure natural balance with the cheekbone area.

The lower jaw can be 'shaved' in the back of the jawline - it can be limited in extent to achieve the similar but more permanent look.
