Hello everyone! I grew up with an underbite and am missing both my lateral incisors. I was 20 when I was able to start orthodontic work. I was a candidate for jaw surgery, but my orthodontist decided he could fix my bite without it. I now have a great bite and am getting my implants placed! Although I am overall happy with my results, I still feel as though my face/jaw is asymmetrical. My ortho mentioned midface deficiency and jaw reduction. I also don’t like the way my eyes look when I smile.

The chin shape and size can be changed with a reduction genioplasty; both width and height. It is difficult to provide more input without a full set of radiographs. You may benefit from mandibular angle implants.
A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refining the nasal tip and narrowing the bridge line with all incisions placed on the inside of the nose. The projection of your chin is acceptable.
The key is bone structure. In your frontal image it is apparent you have a narrow jaw which accentuates the 'fuller' cheek tissue. It is a common issue. Have jawline augmentation to define the jawline and artistically increase its width and ensure natural balance with the cheekbone area.
