Can you get jaw reduction surgery and implants at the same time?

I am a man wanting a slight reduction to my mandibular angle but I want implants so the gonions themselves look more masculine Is this feasible? I dont want to wait ages to achieve my ideal jaw Alternatively, is it feasible to get jawline filler for augmentation purposes prior to or following a jaw reduction surgery? Thanks
