I am a man wanting a slight reduction to my mandibular angle but I want implants so the gonions themselves look more masculine Is this feasible? I dont want to wait ages to achieve my ideal jaw Alternatively, is it feasible to get jawline filler for augmentation purposes prior to or following a jaw reduction surgery? Thanks

Based on this single photo, there is no mayor asymmetry or disbalance of your face. If you still have concerns this can be discussed only the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
Since your bite has been corrected the focus can be on some cosmetic changes. Both the midface and chin/ jaw can be changed or reshaped. A CT of your chin/jaw would be helpful to make recommendations. Changing the midface area will improve overall facial balance.
The chin shape and size can be changed with a reduction genioplasty; both width and height. It is difficult to provide more input without a full set of radiographs. You may benefit from mandibular angle implants.
