this morning i didn't see anything abnormal other than my left side being more swollen, less movement, and very bruised. around 5 pm i noticed tiny white dots on the left side of my lip line and close to my cupids bow. my lip line is very sensitive and the little dots look like tiny little pimples. i scratched a little and all of them were drained. also under the left side of my top lip it feels very cracks and a little bit raw with tiny little yellow dots. should i be worried ?
