Dermal Wing Mastoplexy? (Photos)

JaneColorado
My breasts have always been asymmetrical since puberty but it is much worse after weight loss. I saw a plastic surgeon and he said I have grade 3 ptosis. I read last night about dermal wing mastoplexy - do you think I would be a good candidate for that? My goals are 1: symmetry and normal looking breasts, 2: not saggy breasts, 3: size. My current size is 36dd - one side is popping out of the bra and the other fills cup. I am 51 years old and weigh 156.
