Is microneedling on Adam's apple area safe for men?

I would like to have microneedling done on my neck. But the skin appears very thin and I am not sure if needling directly on the Adam's apple area or near thyroid glad is a good idea. Would it cause damage or is it safe?

Thank you for your question. Microneedling of the neck is feasible, but typically the intensity and depth of treatment will be lower than that used on the face. The thyroid gland is deep to layers of fascia and muscle, and even in patients with thinner skin, it would be almost impossible to reach it with microneedling. All the best!
