Could I cause Botox migration?

Hello! Hope you're having a great day, I don't think this is your case. It is better to avoid any type of laying fat process between at least 6 hours from botox procedure/injections. And also, botox take time to adjust. I recommend you to consult with your doctor/injector first, to check that everything's fine. 

Botox migration can possibly occur with vigorous massaging of the area immediately after the treatment.  It is highly unlikely that you could cause migration by bending over or other temporary positional changes.  As always, consult with your injector if there are any questions or concerns.
