Dark spots, hyperpignentation in stomach, 6 weeks post liposuction. is this permanent? will it go away, :( thank you (photo)

I had lipo done on december 3. small quantity of fat removed since I just wanted to sculpt my abdomen. Now I have red-like stains were bruises used to be, if I make pressure with my finger they go away. I also see like some veins darkened. My surgen says its rare that this happened, that he's only seen this result once before in 15 years. I will be going to a dermatologist soon, but I would like to know if this stains will go away or if they are definetly permanent. Help, Thank you.

It would be best for you to see your surgeon to determine if this is swelling or fat.  If you press on the area and it indents significantly, it could be swelling.  If this truly is an area of fat, you would need liposuction to remove it.

Yes, the fat can be removed, but make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to have this done.
