Hi. I am a 31 yr old Asian man that got a one piece "wrap around" jaw implant after badly placed bilateral jaw and chin implant. Unfortunately, previous surgery left me with both the masseter muscle detached or "off" the implant edge making the muscle noticeably bunch up every time I clench or chew. I already had 2 attempts to re anchor the muscle to the jaw implant edge but unfortunately didn't work unsure if 1) it's scarred up or 2) implant dimensions the muscle can't stretch and cover over?
