I have plans to be getting liposuction to my neck and chin and a possible buccal fat removal. I was wondering if a chin implant would help me get more of a defined jawline/face or if I should go with filler instead. Thank you

In general, chin implants settle in the bone and don't really cause bone resorption that is clinically relevant. Some surgeons believe that the settling is caused by micromovement. This can be prevented by stabilizing the implant with bone screws.
