Answer: You appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance. Based on your photos, I would not recommend rhinoplasty surgery. If you are self-conscious about the amount of nostril show that is seen on front view, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for lowering your nostril margins. If you are concerned by the curvature of your bridge, Silikon-1000 may also be considered to raise your bridge during a permanent non-surgical nose job treatment. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you you are a much better candidate for a surgical rhinoplasty rather than a filler. The surgical technique for you would include tip derotation and deprojection. Extended spreader grafts can be placed to derotate your nasal tip and nasal tip deprojection can be performed at the same time. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
