As far as I can see from your photo first of all, I recommend you to be examined by a detailed ent doctor, if you do not have any obstacles in terms of health, rhinoplasty surgery is the most permanent and definitive solution for you. If you can send 2 photos from the front and side profile in a better light, it will be possible to make a better evaluation.

If the only concern about your nose is a crooked appearance, this could be due to a small indentation along your left nasal sidewall, just above your tip. Your nose looks fairly straight.
I see a substantial amount of facial asymmetry.
The left upper side of your face sits higher than the left side and your face has a slight tilt to the right from top to bottom.
The nose itself is relatively straight.
If you want to change the shape of your nose, then surgery is most likely your best option.
To get a quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who have extensive rhinoplasty surgery experience.
Rhinoplasty surgery is fairly complex and mastering. This kind of work requires decades of dedication.
