Hello! For the longest time I've wanted to get rhinoplasty done for a number of reasons. My nose a very crooked possibly from an injury when I was a child. My cartilage has also collapsed from an injury near the tip of my nose. Would rhinoplasty be the best option for me? I've also had to deal with a sebaceous cyst around 1 1/2 ago which seems to have healed up but there's still a bit of redness. Would this interfere with getting a rhinoplasty? Thank you

As far as I can see from your photo first of all, I recommend you to be examined by a detailed ent doctor, if you do not have any obstacles in terms of health, rhinoplasty surgery is the most permanent and definitive solution for you. If you can send 2 photos from the front and side profile in a better light, it will be possible to make a better evaluation.
It would be better fae to face consultation.

If the only concern about your nose is a crooked appearance, this could be due to a small indentation along your left nasal sidewall, just above your tip. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for filling in this indentation and for providing a straighter nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Dr Joseph

These maneuvers include osteotomies, placement of spreader grafts, and nasal tip deprojection which can be designed to improve the symmetry of your tip and correct the collapse as well. Your nose looks fairly straight.
I see a substantial amount of facial asymmetry.
The left upper side of your face sits higher than the left side and your face has a slight tilt to the right from top to bottom.
The nose itself is relatively straight.
If you want to change the shape of your nose, then surgery is most likely your best option.
To get a quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who have extensive rhinoplasty surgery experience.
 Rhinoplasty surgery is fairly complex and mastering. This kind of work requires decades of dedication.
Look for plastic surgeons who are members of the rhinoplasty society, or those who focus exclusively on rhinoplasty surgery or have rhinoplasty as a significant part of their practice.
