I had implant removal 1 1/2 years ago. I had a lowered breast crease due to large implants; however, I didn't like how low the implants sat. I'm interested in fat transfer using my original breast crease. My questions are, 1) will the fat migrate down to the lower crease? (especially because my implants were placed above the muscle therefore, I'm assuming is the pocket where the fat will be inserted as well?) OR 2) Is there a procedure that needs to be done prior fat transfer?
