Is fat transplantation or surgery the long-term and sure solution? (Photo)

Question

From the third month, the double contour is visible in the left breast. My doctor said at the three-month check-up that if there is no change, he will operate, he can do it. At the 6-month check-up, he said that he could do the surgery, but he wasn't sure it wouldn't happen again. The other option would be filling with your own fat. I don't trust this for some reason. I would like more opinions, the doctor entrusted me with the decision, which is a very difficult task. Thank you!

fat transfer is a permanent surgery. Once you are fully healed, transferred fat will act the same as any other fat in your body. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

In your photographs, your implants appear in front of the muscle and the indent that you see is your original inframammary fold. This can be released internally or you can inject fat to try and conceal it. I would consider doing the fat injections first as it is less invasive. However, you have to be careful as to not inject fat into the implant and damage it.

I would wait at least a year, but would not bother with another fat transfer. You’ve already experienced how portly it works

Fat can be helpful to add tissue to areas that are thin. However, not all fat added survives, so it may not be guaranteed or a "long-term and sure solution."  You may have to go down in size or even use mesh for better support.
