I got my primary rhinoplasty 2 months ago, after most swelling gone down it's obvious to me that the implant was misplaced too far to one side as I didn't have any accident since my surgery. Would this be an easy fix that I can go back to my surgeon for? Is there any risks I should be aware of before doing my revision with him? How did this happen? what questions should I have for him before flying across the country. Is it better to have the revision within 6 months like he said. Thank you
