I've had 605cc silicone round implants on both breast and still have soreness. Is it still normal? (Photo)

Soreness, discomfort and pain are common after breast augmentation with breast implants, specially if the implants placed are big ( e.g. 605cc). Most of the "hard" discomfort last in average 2 weeks. However in certain patients, these symptoms could last for more than 2 weeks.Patients with questions and concern about the pain and discomfort associated with their breast augmentation healing process should contact the plastic surgeon that performed the procedure to address these concerns and determine if there is need any need of management

Thanks for your inquiry,  and at three weeks many different sensations in the breast can be normal or at the least not represent anything wrong.  Please be seeing you surgeon regularly to be examined and discuss your concerns.  

Full non pain healing can take months to achieve. Did not your chosen operative surgeon explain that concept to you?

The sensations you describe following your breast augmentation with 605cc silicone implants sounds completely "normal". Soreness, burning sensation and breast squeaks and swishing noises are common. While 605cc implants are considered "large" or even "very large" in some parts of the country, here in Texas they are average. The fact that you are not overtly aware of your breasts feeling full or uncomfortable demonstrates that breast implants don't have to feel "fake" or "weird", which some women are afraid of. I think it helps others to hear that when you perform daily routines they don't feel much different than you did before the breast implants. Expect that the discomfort, odd sensations and sounds you are experiencing will continue to diminish as you heal. If you ever experience something that doesn't seem right, don't hesitate to get in touch with your doctor's office and speak to one of his/her nurses or the doctor. Congratulations on your positive experience with breast augmentation!

You have very large breast implants and your symptoms are normal this early after breast augmentation. I would expect your implants to drop into a more natural position over the next three months.
