How do I find hope after a botched breast lift? Will someone take my case? Where do I start?

I am very overwhelmed. I had poor scarring, spread aerolas after bad benelli breast lift. I dont have saggy breasts though. I hate the permanent sutures. How do I find a doctor who can fix this? Are there are hopes to look better? Are some things unfixable? I don't even know where to begin, what questions to ask etc., I am worried about nipple necrosis, nipples being too high, scars or aerolas spreading again- should I explant? Any advice considered. Do docs like to do redos or are they scared?

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast surgery. My best advice:  seek consultation with a few well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience with revisionary breast surgery. Then, communicate your goals/concerns in front of a full-length mirror. Hopefully, working together, you will be able to come up with the best operation to improve your situation. Your best first option is to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. But if you have lost confidence in his/her skillset, then it may be time to talk with another surgeon. You will need to have a physical exam to get much helpful information. There are very few things that are not fixable, so you should keep your hopes up. Your goal at this point is to find a surgeon that can handle your situation. Start a web search in your area for board certified plastic surgeons. Look at before and after photos and read reviews. I am quite certain that someone can help you out.

First of all, I am not scared of revision surgeries.  I have done many of them.  If you are happy with your breast shape, why would you consider an explant?  It sounds as if you had a breast augmentation as well.  If you are concerned about the scars and nipples, this should not be an insurmountable problem.  Pictures would be very helpful.
