Your best first option is to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. But if you have lost confidence in his/her skillset, then it may be time to talk with another surgeon. You will need to have a physical exam to get much helpful information. There are very few things that are not fixable, so you should keep your hopes up. Your goal at this point is to find a surgeon that can handle your situation. Start a web search in your area for board certified plastic surgeons. Look at before and after photos and read reviews. I am quite certain that someone can help you out. 

I think that you need to be seen in person to be properly evaluated, but it may be possible to revise your procedure to improve your scars.

First of all, I am not scared of revision surgeries.  I have done many of them.  If you are happy with your breast shape, why would you consider an explant?  It sounds as if you had a breast augmentation as well.  If you are concerned about the scars and nipples, this should not be an insurmountable problem.  Pictures would be very helpful.
