Hi! Had juvey ultra plus in my upper lip only 6 days ago & still experiencing a horrible duck lip that overlaps my lower lip. I did follow up with my doc & he thinks they look great but they don't. I asked about dissolving with hyaluronidase & he said he does not have that, would have to order it & advises against it because it'll make my lips look worse. He said to wait it out till it dissolves naturally but I can't look like this. Any suggestions on how to naturally get rid of it at home?

Dear jlynn, Your upper lip certainly does look a little too full at this stage. Give it 3 weeks and see how it settles. If it's still not in proportion to your lower lip, you can dissolve out some of the Juvederm with tiny injections of hyaluronidase enzyme. I wouldn't recommend injecting more...
If you need contouring and shaping or volume filler can be used. Most people are candidates even if just a little bit is used. Best, Dr. Emer.
