Do I need the lipo foam for arm and chin lipo?

Thanks for your question. Compression is important for post op lipo management. The use of foam in addition is sometimes added or recommended if the swelling is expected to be excessive. The chin and arms are not usually associated with a lot of swelling though. Hope this helps. 

I do use post-lips foam in these areas commonly and in my experience it does reduce the bruising of the surgery quite a bit.

Some surgeons recommend a foam and compression garment and others do not.  You need to follow your surgeons instructions.
