Can alar base reduction be reversed even if there are scars? I am willing to do whatever to get the same shape

Hello doctors, I had rhinoplasty like 9 months ago and my surgeon decided to trim my alar with out discussing it before surgery (which I wouldn't have agreed on). I don't like it and I don't appreciate what my doctor did. Everything is healing well but, is there anyway to add the trimmed tissue back? like opening the alar and adding skin from the ear? I really want my nostrils to be wider like before
