What is the hard lump on the bridge of my nose between my eyes? (photos)

I had rhinoplasty 19 years ago. I always had a small hard lump that never went away on bridge, 2 wks ago the lump started to burn and prickle & got bigger. My sinuses r swollen, tip of nose sensitive to touch. I have appt w/an ENT in 2 wks, It took 2 wks for symptoms to occur, I fear in 2 wks it may get worse. Can a Urgent Care center help me get a scan quicker so that I will have the results ready for the ENT in 2 wks. What is happening with the lump?

A scan is a requirement! Than see ENT or facial Plastic surgeon. Depending upon there scan dx would than allow surgical options to be discussed.

Thank you for the question and the photos.  Whatever the mass or bump is it should be evaluated by either a plastic surgeon or an ENT doctor.  They will likely want to get an MRI or CT scan.  The mass may be associated with your rhinoplasty but can also be associated with your sinuses or it can be from the skin itself. I hope this helps.All the best,Dr. Remus Repta
