These were placed above the muscle. Original implants were below the muscle and encapsulated within the first month. Original surgeon replaced with Replicon (furry implant) within the first month. I have had them 25-30 years. I would just like them to be removed for good. I am having many autoimmune issues and wonder if they could be related?

I have recommended thast they not be changed if there isn't a problem but I have noticed that many are ruptured and no external signs of mammograms have been negative so I tend to individualize but if they are that old to seriously consider exchange, replacement, removal.
