Clear + Brilliant or Cosmelan for hyperpigmentation?

I’m a 42 year old Asian Indian, mother of 2. I started seeing pigmentation on my cheeks and at the corners of my lips almost 2 years ago. I’m hypothyroid and have been having a lot of acne breakouts this year. I was debating between cosmelan peel and clear + brilliant to get rid of my pigmentation. Which treatment is good for my skin tone? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, Cosmelan and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an acne scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Clear+Brilliant can improve hyperpigmentation with no down time.
I would recommend treating the facial acne first since the acne can result in more pigmentation.

Approach your problems with a diagnosis of what is causing your pigmentation. Once a diagnosis has been made, tier treatments based upon Gold Standards.
