I think Clear&Brilliant would be too superficial for this condition.Treatment with RF (radiofrequency) Microneedling or Fractional CO2 laser would be a better choice.
I'm surprised but pleased that you had such good results with only 300 lines. If the main area of concern is the mid and lower face and neck, then usually 500-600 lines would be done. In your case, you could evaluate results after only 300 lines and then decide if more lines are needed.
This scar can be improved with a combination of treatments. These include subcision, fillers, fractional laser, RF enhanced microneedling, and possibly partial micro-excision.
